City women's life in 2012 is full of vigor and vitality. Their life quality scores 68.9, and generally speaking it is quite good. Ten cities surveyed are ranked in the following order: Shanghai, Changsha, Qingdao, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Beijing, Dalian, Ningbo, Harbin and Lanzhou.21.9 percent women are satisfied with their personal income and 68.9 percent women are happy. They score city environment and city management 61.5 and 65.4 respectively. In the past five years, 68.2 percent women claim their life quality has been improved. Their biggest expectation of the government is to reform income distribution system and raise salaries.

In 2012, average family income expenditure ratio between consumption, saving and investment is 62∶26∶12. Compared with the year before, consumption increases by 1 percentage point while investment decreases by 1 percentage point. The biggest personal consumption averages 21590.4 yuan. 97.9 percent women have green consumption behavior. 84.6 percent women have shopped online. 48.6 percent families have traveled, spending more than 10000 yuan for the first time. 55.7 percent women have investment. The policy drive to promote domestic demand has benefited 69 percent women. In 2013, about 60 percent women have travel and investment plans. They expect the government to control effectively the rising prices of housing, food, and other daily necessities.

Government subsidized small credit loan policy has been implement for three years. By the end of September 2012, the total loan granted to women reached 109 billion yuan and the central and local governments subsidized 4.47 billion yuan. This amount of money has helped 2.344 million women launch their own business or get jobs. A survey on 10000 women helped by the loan policy shows the policy has helped rural women solve the capital shortage problem when they wanted to start business or increase production. It helps 71.5 percent families increase their household income in 2012.As a result, these families' social status has been improved. It also helps train women to have an awareness to repay the loan and play an active role in building an honest personal credit system.

The survey on national family moral education shows that the general public recognize the current standard of family moral education, and agree that the family plays an important role in cultivating personal ethics. They give positive appraisal to family morality building project launched by AllChina Women's Federation while recognizing problems in this work. Equality between men and women needs to be further promoted; Some social phenomena such as pretentious and extravagant living style, loving ease and hating work should be addressed; Marital stability is dropping; Views on senior living, teaching and raising children have met with many contradictions. The survey suggests to actively promote modern family and moral values, let women federations and media play their role to push forward family morality building.

It is predicted that in 2013 women's consumption, especially environmental and green consumption, will increase by a big margin; Women's life quality will improve significantly; The policy of government subsidized small credit loan for women will continue through adjustment; Family moral education will bear fruit and be widely supported by the society.
