This report is the 2021 annual analysis report of the “Blue Book of Social Development in Guizhou”，written by experts and scholars from higher education institutions，research institutions and government departments in the province organized by the Institute of Urban Economics of Guizhou Academy of Social Sciences. The report analyzes the key and hot issues of social development such as rural revitalization，social governance，population and health.

This report points out that 2021 is a milestone year in the history of Guizhou’s development.
