This book contains a main report and four sub-reports. The main report, which described the overall development status of China’s foundations, consists of the statistical status of foundations’ amount, assets, income, expenditure, and the number of full-time staff. At the same time, the main report analyzed all the status reports from perspectives of type, registered years, and region (department) of registry，and finally analyzes the development trend of foundation. Sub-reports respectively present the development status of foundations supervised by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the development status of foundations in Shanghai, the development of enterprise foundations and representative offices of overseas foundation development.
