Bases on compiling of Siku Quanshu, the book studied the characters of Chinese intellectuals before and after the period of compiling. It started from the history of literature, academic political history, intellectual and cultural history to show Chinese intellectuals and their thoughts and feelings, which based on Siku Quanshu before and after the course in the eighteenth century. This book built up a new structure of Siku Quanshu, and added new information to Qing Dynasty.  It makes a significant contribution to the academic history.
